LEUNG KA SO further states:-

At about 07.30 hours on the 22.1.40 when off

CHEK WAN temple, I heard anumber of shots being fired, at the time the shots were fired I was cooking food in the kitchen at the stern of my junk. On coming out of the kitchen I saw the Steam Launch KWAI HING which was towing my junk and another junk No.2233V altered course towards a Japanese motor boat which had 4 small boats tied up astern. We then went alongside the motor boat and the cargo from the four small boats was then loaded aboard my junk No.2312V and the other junk No.2233V.

My junk has been stopped and fired on on 4 occasions

(different) by the Japanese off NAM TAU.
